Melissa
Melissa joined AMD Bunbury in January 2009 as the Receptionist, having previously worked in customer service. In April 2010, Melissa moved to the AMD SmartBooks team, where she provides bookkeeping services including payroll, reconciliations and software assistance to a number of different clients. Over time, Melissa has grown to manage the AMD SmartBooks team and has completed her Diploma in Accounting through TAFE.
Virginia
Virginia joined the Bookkeeping Team at AMD Smartbooks in 2020. She has worked in the bookkeeping industry for over a decade providing bookkeeping services and has a wealth of experience across a range of industry covering commercial, corporate and not-for-profit industries. She also has experience as a manager of small businesses in the wholesale and hospitality industries and understands the challenges and responsibilities facing small business owners and employers. Virginia has a Bachelor of Arts – Communications and Advanced Diploma of Accounting.
Norma
Norma joined AMD Bunbury in July 2012 as a Bookkeeper and has over 25 years experience working in various organisations and positions, namely in a manufacturing environment. She has a vast range of skills from being an Assistant Accountant working on management accounts through to a Human Resources Manager processing payroll. Norma has had exposure to many software programs, including SAP. In her spare time Norma enjoys reading.
Marselle
Marselle joined AMD Bunbury in July 2018 as an Administration Assistant on a Business Traineeship based contract in the Audit division. During July 2019, she completed her Certificate III in Business and finished in the top 3 finalist for trainee of the year. In September 2020, Marselle became a Personal Assistant in the Tax division with the flexibility of assisting other divisions and successfully completed a certificate in Client Service Administration. In January 2022 Marselle moved into the Smartbooks Division of AMD as an Assistant Bookkeeper. Marselle is an all-round helpful team member who is very reliable and always striving to go above and beyond for her colleagues and clients.
Tayla
Tayla joined the Bookkeeping team in AMD Bunbury in November 2022. She has gained experience in completing accounts for her previous employer including payables, receivables, payroll, bank reconciling, BAS preparation and data entry. As a Bookkeeper at AMD she perform tasks such as bank feed coding, bank reconciliations, payroll, transaction/data entry support, IAS Preparation and BAS preparation. Tayla has completed her Certificate 3 in Business.
Kristina
Kristina joined the team in June 2023, and has over 25 years of experience in administration roles, with a keen interest in large payrolls. Along with payroll, Kristina is a wealth of knowledge in the Microsoft Office Software Suite. Kristina has obtained her Diploma in Accounting through Tafe.
